Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from SoComfy you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) You are responsible for any shipping costs back to us, unless you want to make an exchange in which case we'll either provide you with a prepaid label or issue a $15 coupon which you can use towards your next order.

The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to email us at support@socomfy.com or you can also reach us during business hours toll free at 1-877-632-2556.

Q: How Much Do You Charge For Shipping?

A: If you live in the United States, zilch, nada, zero, absolutely nothing! We don’t charge Americans anything for shipping because our fulfillment centre is located in the United States. However, if you live outside the United States, we do in fact have additional shipping charges, and any duties/customs are the responsibility of our customers. Within the United States we ship within 2 business days, so you can expect to receive your items in 5-10 business days. Any international orders will have additional shipping times (anywhere from 15-30 business days depending on where you’re located).

Q: Who's responsible for the return shipping costs?

A: At this time customers are required to pay any shipping costs upfront associated with returning an item.

A: At this time customers are required to pay any shipping costs upfront associated with returning an item. However, we'll reimburse your shipping costs by giving you a $15 off coupon code for your next purchase.

Q: How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

A: Call us at +1 (877) 632-2556 and one of our customer service representatives will take care of your request over the phone (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time). Or email us at support@socomfy.com and one of our customer service representatives will unsubscribe your email address.

Q: What forms of payment do you currently accept?

A: You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Paypal. All your information is completely secure as we use SSL certificates to protect user information.

Q: Are your shoes really that comfortable? Why?

A: Our shoes are designed in the USA and have a patent pending insole that provides additional unparalleled comfort and support for our customers. We are built on the idea that amazing shoes should always be comfortable AND stylish. We keep that in mind throughout our entire design and testing process. There’s a reason Podiatrists are encouraging people to test out our So Comfy clogs. Please note that the wide sizes do actually run wide.

Q: Which stores carry the So Comfy brand?

A: No stores currently carry our brand as we are selling directly to our consumers through our website. This enables us to provide our customers with the best possible customer satisfaction while keeping our brand exclusive (and comparatively much cheaper than other brands). We decided that we don’t want people paying extravagant amounts of money for comfortable clogs, so we’re cutting out the distributors and selling directly to you. In short, our shoes and clogs are sold exclusively through this website.

Q: Where are your shoes manufactured?

A: Our shoes are designed in the United States and manufactured in China for the time being. We’re working on switching our manufacturing process over to the United States in the near future in order to support more Americans. This should be moved over before January 2020. With that said, in terms of quality our shoes and clogs blow the competition away.

Q: When will you have more designs and styles?

A: We’re working on perfecting new designs, colors and styles, but our main goal is to maintain the unsurpassed comfortably that our clogs provide. We will have new styles listed on our website by spring/summer 2019.
